Lady Lions Cheer was created as a continuation to the sideline season. Our focus is athlete and team building. We believe building bonds within teams is essential to team growth and development. It is important for athletes to know and trust each other and the coaching staff to be successful on the mats.
Our season runs beginning in January through April.
The first Saturday of the season will be choreography day and will be a 4 hour practice broken into (2) 1 hour sessions with a break in between.
Practice is twice weekly .
We have partnered with UCF cheerleaders to assist teams with skill development.
Each team will participate in competitions. We compete in the Spirit Championship and Florida Cheer & Dance Association circuits.
